Issues/Defects, Checklists and Activities

Snagmaster users have the ability to access and mark-up drawings, pinpoint issues, attach and annotate photos, capture comments, capture GPS data automatically, and sketch. Access checklists/ITP with Milestones in field and raise defects/issues on any items as needed & capture signatures.

Any information captured offline in the field is synchronised with the Snagmaster Project Productivity web portal seamlessly.

About the Snagmaster Quality Management Module

The Snagmaster Quality Management Module provides a unique turnkey solution with workflow to manage all issues, checklists, defects and non-conformances (Issue – Fix – Close)

 

Defects are captured in field via the iPad, iPhone, Android devices & this information is synchronised back to the Snagmaster Quality Dashboard Portal along with associated photographs, comments, GPS capture and any sketch or mark-up information.

Required sub-contractor is automatically notified via email of the defect requiring their attention. Once they have rectified issue the system notifies Issuer who can then re-inspect and close out or reject requiring further action by sub-contractor

  

The optional extra level of workflow allows the Client to directly raise issues with Main Contractor who, after review, can then allocate to Subcontractor and manage to closure. This unique capability has been embraced on most projects as it extends project quality and workflow completely through all involved parties.
